This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.

This topper has a nice density and feel. It is comfortable and supportive. However, it can get pretty warm. Too warm for me, so I ended up selling it. If you are heat sensitive, like me, you may not like it.It does not come with a cover either.
Product was delivered promptly. The topper comes in a box and is rolled up tightly in shrink wrap. It takes a few hours to expand. The topper will have a odor that dissipates with time. We left it out for 5 days and it pretty much went away. When it's on your bed, you will be able to smell it, but its not obnoxious. it certainly does not interfere with sleeping. My wife has an extremely sensitive nose so I was worried. She has not complained since the initial airing out. The topper is cut to completely fit our king mattress...if anything its a little bigger by an inch or so. The topper is definitely comfortable and provides good cushion. I have a 1 year old mattress that we deliberately did not buy with additional padding as it can wear out before the mattress does. As a side sleeper I would experience some hip pain. With the topper in place, no more pain. You will find that the topper makes the bed feel warmer or cozier. All in all a great purchase at a great price.
Had back and hip pain for months even with a pillow top mattress. Bought the memory foam and has made an incredible difference. I now sleep though the entire night and don't wake up in the middle of the night with pain. I am young and only way 150 lbs so for me this worked and paid off with the more expensive brand.
Most places allow you to try memory foam for a short period of time. I did not know a 5 pound foam would not be softer. For some this product would be great, for me I need a softer memory foam.Other than I found out a 3 or 4 pound would be better for me, the actual product is very good quality.
