This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.

I love this product . It stays put on top of the mattress . It provides a firm sleeping surface . Ever since I began using it , about 2 weeks ago, I have been getting a great nights sleep . This is one fine product .

This product is flimsy and does not have the foam density it boasted. I bought it because it was listed as a savings of the day. It actually turned out to be too expensive in relationship to its poor quality.

This is my first memory foam mattress topper and i am very pleased with it. It is soft but not too much.I sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed.

no discoloring, little to no smell, no rips or tears! I'm very happy with this topper, I read alot of the reviews and they convinced me to go with the 1 inch, so its not too warm, mushy, and hard to move around. I got a cal king and it fits nicly on my queen pillow top. I opened the plastic outside, let it air out there for 15 mins then unfolded inside little odor not that bad at all to me, the topper is on my mattress 24 hours after opening and I dont have any chemical smells. 5lb density is more supportive

Finally a mattress pad that fits a king size pad with enough overlapping - this pad for only being 1 inch provides great comfort for sore pressure points. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
