Excellent in all respects! We have been using consumer reports but never happy with the machines we've purchased over the years. We looked from store to store and even examined Consumer Reports closely on the coffee makers. We were never happy with pricing or feel or the resultant purchases: which were noisy or hard to clean or simply not very nice as to feel. In desperation, chose Bella because the price was right and it was a different model from all the rest! We have been most impressed with all features, with the pouring quality of the pot, and with Overstock's delivery (though the delivery was, in fact, several days late) but I had never used Overstock before so was glad to get the Bella in fairly reasonable amount of time! The only modest complaint is that the directional words written on the front of the console are very small and it takes a little getting used to where "brew" is and whether you are reading "off" or "on" ... a little practice and you are just so happy to get a well-made cup of coffee it's easy to overlook this. The machine is quiet, with a little beep to let you know the pot is done, and the coffee, once you work out your proportions, is nicely done and kept hot nicely too with auto shut off. Very pleased with the Bella and highly recommend it. -NMH in the Big Apple

THE AUTO WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND, SOMETIMES IT WORK AND OTHER TIME IT DOESN'T. COFFEE BREWS QUICK, I WISH IT HAD A NORMAL CLOCK IT'S HARD TO READ.

I ordered a coffee maker OVER 2 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I have not even received correspondance on when it would arrive. VERY SLOW shipping.

only complaint is that the amount of actual coffee is less than measured out with water but once you figure it out it is easy to adjust it. very pretty, sturdy and works quite well and quickly
