I purchased this mattress because it has the ability of being used on both sides, which a lot of the foam mattresses do not have. It is very hard, for a foam mattress, and I did need to add an egg crate topper over the mattress. It is still hard, but a bit more manageable. I've only had it a month, so I cannot tell how it will hold up, but so far, so good.

For the cost, this is a great mattress. It is incredibly firm, which I was looking for. But, if you are new to memory foam, maybe go with a less firm version.

excellent quality. mattress looks good and feels even better. the covering is similar to that on a $$$$ mattress set we bought a few years ago. I received the mattress within 4 days, and it "inflated" within 4 hours, not the 24 recommended.

Very good quality; not quite as good as a competitor, but the huge price difference makes it an extremely worthwhile purchase. The difference with the competitor, in terms of comfort, is very minimal. This is a very comfortable mattress, and the pain relief I felt after my first night's sleep on it was dramatic. It's also great for anyone - - no back pain required to enjoy this great product!

I had ordered the frame and the mattress at the same time but my mattress arrived within 3 days. Once I opened up the big box,the mattress inflated within minutes! Since I had to wait for almost a week for my frame to arrive, the mattress got enough time to inflate fully. I did not notice any odor that has been described in some of the other reviews. The mattress is great and I finally don't wake up from my boyfriend moving around on his side. This was definitely a great deal and super quick delivery.

I bought this with the hopes of it being at least half as good as some of the higher priced memory foam mattress', it far exceeds the price I paid . This mattress is like sleeping on a cloud in heaven. Extremely easy set-up and no odor whatsoever. Soooo comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

From the description, this mattress was everything I wanted, firm but with a plush top. The price made me question the quality, and then when it arrived and it was compressed to a very small size, I thought it would not have the dense foam I required for firmness, But as soon as it was free from the plastic it expanded to the correct size and it was firm AND soft. I'd buy another it a heartbeat.

Ordered this mattress from a friend's suggestion - I agree with previous reviewers, I was VERY weary of ordering a mattress site unseen. I just received the mattress this weekend and I am very impressed with the quality - this is my first memory foam mattress and thus far, it's been very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this mattress, very affordable and looks great!

As I have never had a foam mattress before, I was hesitant to purchase such an item without first testing it. I am very pleased with it, though. It arrived promptly enough. It was rolled up like a fruit-roll-up which made it very compact (I was happy I had read the review suggesting not to open it in another room, as it comes out of its bindings to immediately take full shape and size and reluctance to be moved easily). It has no odor. It is very firm.

Perfect mattress for me! I was so scared to buy it online, but glad I did! It has a weird smell for about 24 hours but is normal now. This mattress is rather firm, but it does wonders for my back. I use it on a bedframe with no boxspring and its perfect! Thank you overstock!

I think this is a comfortable mattress. It is not too hard and not too soft. I think it is a medium firmness. Very comfortable and works well with the platform bed I bought on O.com.

First I would like to say that shipping was quick. When I recieved it I hardly believed that my queen size mattress was in such a thin/tall box. After I removed it from the box and wrapper it only took about 3 hours to fill out to size. Others spoke about an overbearing smell, I had no problem with mine. It lasted for a day or two then it was gone. The mattress itself is soft when you sit on it but firm upon laying on it. It was the perfect match for me, not too firm but firm enough to support me. The only reason that I rated the item as good is bc I was us aware that the mattress retains a little bit of heat. I'm a very hot natured person and I had to switch to a more breathable fabric. No biggie if you ask me! Great product for a great price!

This Queen Size mattress is so great for the price. It was for our guest bedroom, so it's not slept on a lot so it's going to probably last a long time and for the money, you can't beat it! The package was slim a little heavy, but very easy to unroll. I would recommend opening it up on the bed ready to go. As I opened it, it expanded. I left it uncovered for 24 hours, then made the bed. No smell, just wanted to make sure. It is a harder mattress, so the only reason I gave 4/5 starts, was because it's suppose to be mid-range. I would describe this mattress as very firm, so if you want firm, great. Even if you don't, you could always add a nice pillow top!
