wow, what a great nights sleep. i bought this for the size and fact it was packaged in a roll in a box and was going to be easy to carry up to my camp in the woods. We previously used an airbed. Price aside, this is a fantastic mattress for my bad back. I slept great, and it is hard for me to sleep through the night on our 2000 dollar mattress at home. 2 herniated, 3 bulging discs ,spinal stenosis, and spinal facet arthritis. SO good, that i just ordered another in the long size for home. Forget the price....people often discount something being any good if it is too cheap. To me this is worth ten times what i paid. A friend just bought a four grand memory foam mattress, and laid on this one and said it was equally comfortable. I think he was a bit jealous. Truly top notch. Enjoy your nights sleep more with this...no kidding...I never write reviews, but for this i had to go through the effort to help get the word out. And thanks Overstock.com for the great price on a made in america, top notch product.
My husband and I took a four month trip in our 31 foot travel trailer and slept on a 4 inch regular foam mattress. It was okay, but by the end of the trip it was shot and we both suffered from back pain and sleepless nights. We have a memory foam mattress at home so we thought we'd spend the extra money and get one for the trailer as well. It's been one of the best purchases we've ever made. I LOVE this mattress. Our first night on it was fantastic and I couldn't believe how well I slept. Frankly, I like it better than our home mattress which cost us 3 times as much! Do yourself a favor and buy this mattress - you won't regret it - and your camping adventures will be even better for it!

My husband and I bought this mattress for our camper. We sleep on a temperpedic mattress at home and just couldn't stand the mattress that came in our camper. We bought this one and are pleasantly surprised! It is very comparable to the temperpedic for MUCH less money. We are extremely happy with this mattress. It is lightweight and I was able to put it in the camper myself!

The mattress was wonderful! My experience with Overstock.com was not. It took forever to ship and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. Glad I got the mattress but will not be shopping with Overstock again.

I had a hard time deciding whether or not I would recommend this mattress.
What it comes down to is, after only spending roughly *** dollars we are MUCH happier with IT than the one that came with our RV. Buuuut as my fellow RVers know, that's not saying much at all. This does not mean though that this a isn't a good purchase. There is a huge difference in our sleeping now that our memory foam topper is on top of more memory foam.
Before this purchase I went to Bed Bath and Beware and overspent on a memory foam mattress topper that I probably could have gotten half price from somewhere else. The point is that more than $600 later (yes, the topper cost more than the mattress) our sleeping conditions are greatly improved.
Bottom line, you're going to have to spend a little more on comfort if you and your spouse are fluffy-folks as are my husband and I! ; ) * both of us are 200+ and under 5' 9" *
The mattress itself is very modern and pretty looking, not that that's important because it's never seen but it shows some time and care went into it. And I love the fact the top zips off for cleaning (I assume, though I've not yet removed it.)
It was a perfect fit for our short queen mattress platform area in the RV. There's a slight overhang that makes sense, otherwise you'd hurt yourself climbing on and off.
The over hang is no greater than the one that the RV foam pad thing, they called a mattress, had.
We tried our new mattress without the topper first, primarily because we can only really access our bed from one side and climbing all over a memory foam bed, if you've never done it, is a trip! It's like swimming through marshmallows or tar or something! We're burning a lot more calories now, so that's good I guess. Suffice it to say, that once we're in there, we don't wanna come out!
But yeah without the mattress topper we were able to maneuver around on this new mattress very easily to access over head storage and stuff.
At my husband's suggestion *and it's paid off quite well* I've put a fitted sheet on the new mattress and a fitted sheet separately on the topper, so now when I need to access over head storage I am free to toss the bottom end of the topper up towards the middle or head of the bed and climb on a little easier.
Also, the topper slides to the side of the bed with the most activity constantly so this arrangement makes it easier to put the bed back together too. I know this was long, but hope it helps fellow RVers make a confident choice!
I’ve been living part time (Monday – Thursday) in my travel trailer for last two years. I bought this product to replace the original mattress supplied with the RV. It’s a huge improvement over the original mattress and was worth the cost.
Bought this mattress as a replacement for my RV. It fits perfectly, and is very comfortable. I slept very well on it. If you are looking to save a bundle and sleep well, this is your mattress. Similar ones at the RV store were triple the price.
This item, the mattress, arrived in good condition. Once installed, I was impressed with it's quality. Some had referred to it as very hard, but I found it just right. Much like the topper I have on my regular bed.
I would definitely buy this item again and am considering buying a full sized mattress for my home bed.
Bought this for my 75 year old Uncle to replace his RV mattress. No smell noted when unpacking, cover is nice very similar to Temperpedic. Nice and thick mattress. Arrived within 1 week of ordering.. Which was great! As for how he likes it ... that remains to be seen.
can this mattress be folded for a period of time? I have a front load 26ft. travel trailer in which the queen bed folds up in order for a quad to be transported. The bed would not be folded while the camper is not in use, but it would have to fold up while driving to our campspot. Thx!rickfleming on Jul 22, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Thank you for contacting us rickfleming. We do not recommend folding this mattress for an extended period of time or continually folding and unfolding it. Doing so may cause the foam to split over time.

Looking for people like me that have fibromyalgia and/or hip pain. How has this mattress worked for you?coke11295 on Jul 9, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Very well, but not as well as the one I have in my home, which is 3# density and 9" thick. I notice the difference. Buy the thicker one with the heavier density foam.fremeyer on Jul 13, 2013
I am buying this mattress for my RV but was wondering about sheets. Obviously deep pocket sheets wouldn't fit well. Does anyone know where to purchase 8 inch pocket sheets?mary0829 on Jun 6, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Thank you for your question mary0829. Unfortunately, I did not find any. Sheets with 8 inch pockets may be difficult to find, may I suggest getting a flat bottom sheet and tucking it under the memory foam mattress. I'm sorry, have a great day.overstockcustomercare1 on Jun 13, 2013
I use this mattress in my rv. Best thing to do is go to Bed Bath and Beyond. They sell these corner grips for 4.99. Set of 4. They will hold your sheets on tight.fremeyer on Jul 13, 2013
I went to K-Mart and bought their basic 14.99 200 count sheets. (They come individually in their own cotton bag) 200 count because they breathe better and this type of mattress tends to be warm. The fitted sheet have both deep pockets and good elastic which fits this mattress just fine. No modifications necessary... just have to pull the elastic edges under the mattress on the fitted sheet. I bought them this week thinking I would have to sew them shorter but was very pleased when that was not necessary.altruistic on Oct 22, 2013

We are in our RV for extended lenths of time. It is stated in on of the answers that it is not intended for constant use, such as every night. What type of quality is it since it weights just as much as a regular mattress of equal dimentions. I am looking for a very good mattress with RV dimentions isn't that how it should be advertised? Looking for more information to view.luna222 on Jun 12, 2012Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
This is a good quality mattress, it can be used frequently, but it will wear the mattress out eventually. Density: 2.5 pounds
Mattress measures 60 inches wide x 75 inches long x 8 inches thickoverstockcustomercare1 on Jun 13, 2012
It costs half what a similar mattress costs at an RV supplier. If you wear it out within 5 years and buy another, you would still be further ahead than spending twice as much for the same thing, wouldn't you?kenandjanet on Mar 19, 2013

This is meant for an RV, not a mattress to sleep on every night. However, any Queen size frame should work.overstockcustomercare1 on May 11, 2012
