Great for smaller trash cans
I bought these to help keep the trash bags on our larger trash bins but unfortunately they just aren't big enough. But they are working welkl on smaller bins around the house.

Way too much tension
These bands have way to much tension, strength to use as trash can liner rubber bands. They would definitely put way to much pressure on the trash can, possibly causing erosion and/or collapse of the can over time. This was a total waste of money for me. Could have found something better at my local hardware store.
