  THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT IS NICE , I LOVE THE COLOR,THE ONLY REASEN I GAVE 4 STARS IS BEACAZE THE SECTIONAL IS NOOT 100 PROCENT LEATHER , IT IS A VERY NICE QUALITY IMITATION LEATHER WICH I CAN LIVE WITH.

  I've had a few problems with the reclining seats on the couch not supporting the person's weight evenly, and the footings on the couch gashing my hardwood floors. You will definitely want to put some extra protection under this unit if you're putting it on hardwood. Ultimately, I think this is a very comfortable and enjoyable piece of furniture and knowing what I know today, I would still buy it and recommend it to family and friends.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color was exactly what I expected. No surprises for me.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is very good, but not great. For example, while reclining on the couch portion, the side closest to the center does not support the person's weight as well as the outside portion. That's just one example... I have others.
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? The site description was spot on! I have no complaints about how the site represented the product, color, dimensions, functions, etc.

  Description could have been MUCH better. Dimensions on the ad were not even close. the length, and width are completely WRONG on the description. The couch area cushions both pull out an extra 6" with makes it much more versatile when laying down on it, or getting a bit closer to the coffee table. I actually was extremely surprised on the quality and the overall size. As it turned out, I was pleasantly pleased with it, even with the wrong dimensions.

  I was disappointed with the comfort. I was expecting firm, as it IS leather. But it's hard as a rock. I dont know what people are talking about that it's so comfortable they wish they could sleep on it. I tried sleeping on it. It felt like sleeping on a gym mat laid over a hardwood floor. My family spends a lot of time in the livingroom, and now nobody wants to be in there because it's not cozy anymore. I was also a little disappointed with the look of the leather. It's an odd sort of matte finish that makes it look like pleather. I've seen a lot of leather couches, but this one seems kind of plastic looking. Which makes me wonder how much of the couch is leather, and how much is the "leather match". On the bright side, it seems to be of good quality. We've had it for a few months and my son bounces all over it every day. It's holding up so far. Beware, if you DO Have pets or kids, this single-tone matte finish does not do well with hiding smudges. You pretty much just ha...

  Leather match seems to me more like a real good quality leather that received! It was delivered to me a week earlier than expected, and after an hour of assembly, I have the most nicest, and good quality softa bed. I've slept on it a couple of times to try it out in case family stays over and it passed the test. Comfy cozy! It looks great, and feels great.
