Assembling the arm brackets was somewhat difficult, as the mounting scew hole templates were distorted, and required a puncture and a prod to find the mounting centers. Once assembled, the unit fitted in well in the decor of its' alloted space in the den. It also has great utility value as a bed for overflow overnite guests.

This couch is unbelievably comfortable! Although I wish they had more color selections, but Im very happy with my order. I recommend it to all my friends! Overall, GREAT BUY!

This couch is extremely comfortable I practically fall asleep on it almost everyday. The storage space is also a great PLUS! I was worried about shipping for this large item because I had trouble with shipping with past orders, but suprisingly shipping was both super fast and came in perfect condition. I am very pleased with this order. Thank you Overstock.

Delivered faster than expected for trucking. Installation is pretty easy, power tool recomended. Both armrest and hardwares are stored in the storage in the love seat and chaise. Installation takes only about 15 minutes. The pictured show right side chaise, but this set also can set the chaise on the left side. Make your decision before bolting the brackets. My kids loves this set, and sotrages are a plus.

I agree with a previous review that the sofa is about $300 overpreiced. The assembly was difficult since even though the holes are there for it to have the chaise on both sides, it could only fit on one. Directions were terrible. Storage is a greast feature and the bed although relatively hard works well and is comfortable. Delivery was quick, less than the time we were told.

Received within a week and assembly took approx. 20 mins. The fabric is wonderful and soft. In the bed position, the mattress is firm, but comfortable. Only rated a 4 for appearance because there was no back view and you can see the backng black fabric when it is upright. This is not a problem b/c of the way we utilize the back half of the room but someone else may need this info. No instructions on how to recline and fold back. Helpful review told us. Actually you bend it all the way forward and then all the way back. Thanks for that help! It is somewhat like a reclining lounge chair. Overall extremely satisfied! I would recommend this sofa/ bed/ chaise to anyone.

I bought this for my downtown condo living room. It fits the contemporary look I am creating well and I love the extra storage under the cushions. People who have slept on it feel they roll toward the middle, but for a one- or two night stay they thought it was acceptable. Mine came without the legs but after contacting Overstock customer service via online IM they got in touch with the warehouse and the missing parts were sent directly to me at no extra cost. Assembly was easy. I love that I was able to choose which side I wanted the chaise on - but make that decision only once because you have to cut through the leather to then put the arms on and wouldn't want the holes to later marr the look. Only drawback is the back of it is really not 'finished' - the fabric is less than desirable on the back. In my condo it sits out in the middle of the room so I am looking for a long, thin table to put behind it at an accent piece which will then also hide the back.

We ordered this item for our office which is located on our upper floor. It was delivered very quickly and arrived in two large boxes. Fortunately, they were not to bulky or heavy so my husband and I were able to move them upstairs on our own. The assembly was very simple and took just a short time. The color, comfort and storage area is great. We have not had an opportunity for anyone to sleep on it yet but it appears that it will be very comfortable.

We were looking for a chaise like this for a small space in our family room, and we were very apprehensive about buying sight unseen, but with all the great reviews we went for it. Delivery was quick, and it looks great, but if I had seen this in a store, I wouldn't have spent more that 650.00 on it. It just has that "cheap" look and feel. The directions are lousy, and only have poorly drawn pictures and arrows, this caused me to drill the wood screws directly into the wood at an angle in order to get a bite, then I realized I was supposed to have used the machine screws in that particular hole. The sections don't fit together exactly, and even the arm I did put on correctly does not seem all that sturdy. It has taken us some time to get used to the firmness of the seats and back, but it's comfortable enough now that we're using it alot. Storage is a great feature, we can keep blankets, and such under the seats, and also through the kids toys and shoes in there if we have company. Overall, an acceptable sofa, just over priced by about 300 dollars

This sofa is great and an absolute perfect addition to our family room. The quality is fine for such a great deal and well built. I love the storage under the cushions it makes for a great piece. The color is stunning and looks great with the new decor we have surronded this sectional with. Well pleased !

Just got my order yesterday, and I must say that this is one of the best deal I've got on Overstock. Wonderful design, great quality and the color is just simply beautiful. I love how I can use this as a sofa bed or a love seat. The armrest is easy to put together. My son felt alseep on it last night and said he wants to trade it for his old bed. Will recommend this product to anyone. Very happy with my purchase.

I got my order sooner than I anticipated, so was very please with the delivering time. Opened up the packaging and found the product well wrapped, only thing is that I had to assemble the armrest but it was very easy to assemble. It took my husband less than 25 minutes to put it together. We originally wanted to buy it for our dent as a guest bed but the product looks so beautiful and the color compliments our living room decorations so much that we're using it as a sofa and still have that option of using it as a bed for our guests. The quality and the unique style made it seems like we spent a fortune but we got such a good deal. I love the storage area idea, now I can store my 5 year old son's little toys inside. Overall, I am very satisfy with the appearance and workmanship of the product. You can't get a better product out there. I would recommend this product to friends, families and anyone who's looking for a quality product without burning a big hole in their wallet. Excellent quality with flexibility.

I never though I would buy any home furniture, especially sofas, online but due to my recent move to a new place with limited space I needed something versatile like this loveseat/sofa bed. I've purchased many items via Overstock and have been very satisfied with all my purchases so I gave this a try. Very worried and skeptical at first, but I must say that Overstock has not failed me once again. I love it at first glance. Love the material used for the cushioning, very soft in texture and the neutral color compliments my apartment well. It's the exact firmness I need that it is comfortable and it doesn't hurt my back. The craftsmanship is superb, made it look very classy and elegant. The storage area is very useful. Importantly is that I could save money on buying a sofa since I could use this as a sofa also so two birds with one stone. EXCELLENT DEAL! Highly recommend this beautiful sofa to anyone.

Wonderful sectional and chaise set. It is very easy to assemble and the color contrast of the dark brown and the caramel suede is a perfect match. It's comfortable, too. I love the fact that it has different inclination that you can position it. Great to have guest over as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know.

There are different inclination/ set up and you can adjust this to your liking. Great for louging! And like most the review implies, the bottom storage space is so smart and convenient. You can put magazines or anything in them! I put my kids toys and pull them out with I need them. Also the pieces can be "hooked" together, or can be separated. It was a great value. Love it.

I bought this for my guest room for the coming holidays and it is working out just fine. All my guest (including the kids) loves it! They find the different inclination very convenient and "cool". I love the color suede and leatherette feel of the sofa. We are surprised that we can actually put the chaise on either side of the love seat before I attach the arm. We would recommend to anyone.

I was so excited about my purchase after reading everyone elses review. After receiving my sofa, I was extremely dissapointed. The item ships in two pieces and the pieces were two different colors. Not only was the couch a different shade from the chaise (suade) - but the arm that came with the couch (immitation leather) was a different shade of brown than the bottom which is also immitation leather and the arm that came with the chaise was so much lighter that it looks ridiculous. The throw pillows are two ifferent colors as well. In total there are 6 different shdes of brown. Also the arms are not attached very securely. The idea is great but the quality is horrible. Very ucomfortable as well. Pick somethig else.

I was very pleased with the purchase of this sofa bed/chaise. It was a wonderful bargain and fit my daughter's needs perfectly. There are many configurations so the seating adapts to a variety of spaces. The pieces arrived promptly and were not damaged or defective in any way. The arms attached with no problem. Thanks for a great piece of furniture.

its the perfect size for small spaces. Its versatility as a bed is great, i.e, easy to use & firm unlike pull sofa beds. Assembly was easy!

This couch/bed was a pretty good purchase. When it came, it came in two seperate pieces and we had to have a few tools to put it together, but it wasn't too hard. There were some bolts loose that we had to find within the couch, but besides that, it was a piece of cake to put together!It's really great that it has so many uses and it pretty comfortable since you can adjust it to three different settings, from a sitting up position to the laying down. It's a bit firm though, so if you're looking to sleep on it, make sure you have some sort of pad to put on top of it, or a thick sleeping bag as we've used for the time being until we get a bed.Anyway, we're very happy with this couch because it compliments the aparment quite well. I would suggest it to a friend. :0)
