Bought this to act as a shock absorber for car rides after my daughter's back surgery. Works great for this as well as for extra comfort in any chair. With the easy carry handle, she takes it with her to school, restaurants, etc.
While a bit more than I really wanted to spend, it's so much better than anything else I looked at to make the wooden chair that came with my dorm bearable for long periods of time. It's very comfortable and seems like it'll hold up well.
The cushion is very well constructed, but I feel the description is misleading. It is described as 4" deep, but is only 2", as the back is 2" and the seat is 2". I feel that should be corrected. Also, it would be helpful to have a dark color cover and/or additional covers available.
I am a large person and I purchased this product to use on my office chair to improve comfort. I expected the same quality as the "memory foam" on my bed. It was not!.
Foam compressed almost completely and was uncomfortable in this application. I cannot say how it works on such tasks as cushioning stadium seats, etc.
