Very Pleased
We are very pleased with this purchase. Good quality. The delivery people were great. Called us when the delivery was delayed slightly so we weren't left wondering. We were also very excited about the option of having the old mattress set removed without extra charges! Wonderful. I have already recommended overstock to friends.

affordable,comfortable bed
although, we love the bed, it was a real hassle getting it.We waited 5 weeks and the shipping company changed the delivery date 4 times. That in itself made me wonder if I would ever order another large item.

Great Mattress Set
I bought this for my daughter. She loves it. It is extremely comfortable. And, I really want to commend the delivery men. They were terrific, did a great job bringing the mattress and box spring up 2 flights of stairs and placing them on the bed. They were very polite and helpful, and carted away the packaging. They also arrived with the delivery when they said they would. They were great.

Excellent and comfortable
LOVE Overstock! Their prices cannot be beat for well made mattresses and box springs OR the lovely frame I also purchased. The men came and white gloved the mattress which was an unexpected surprise. Very pleased customer all around.

Cushy Yeah!!
Despite the wait time, was well worth it.One dissapointment was that the box spring was damaged very minor though so I contacted Overstock about it and they sent out a replacement on that day with no questions.

much too soft!!!
This mattress was very poor quality, very soft and did not feel anything like other "plush" mattresses I have purchased in the past or tried in stores. The mattress was inadequate to support my 18 year old, 110 pound daughter. She complained as soon as she received it, and I called Overstock at once! Beware! regardless of whether the product is even close the the way it is described on their site, OverStock will not stand behind it unless you can prove it is "defective". As the mattress had no outwardly visible defects, after trying to work out some resolution with Overstock for three weeks, I ultimately had to buy a new mattress for my daughter and absorb the loss!!!
