greatest platform bed
We have been using this bed for a few months and my son loves it. The quality is great, the assembling is reasonably easy and it is very sturdy. I also ordered another brand (Murray) from overstock but this Scandinavia one is way better. If you need a platform bed go with this one, you won't feel regret.

Durable Frame
You couldn't ask for a better bed frame. Easy to put together (I did it by myself and it only took 30 mins to complete). Lightweight to move but durable to stand a considerable amount of weight.

Solid bed
Solid wood, easy to put together. At one point I thought one side had the holes in the wrong place, but then I realized I had the leg backwards. There is a 3-1/2 to 4 inch gap at the front, where the headboard will go. There is no headboard included, even though the picture shows that.

simple n basic
For the price, this is a sturdy, simple option for the budget conscious consumer. Most beds at this price would be unfinished, made of pressed wood / engineered wood, or just plain ugly. This bed, is solid wood, has clean lines, and comes finshed (except for the slats). The finish isn't perfect but again, can't expect too much for the price. Note, the slats, while cleverly attached by two nylon bands, have to be nailed down into the frame which I personally did not like. As a quick fix, I had slats left over from the platform bed I was replacing so I added them in between and the mattress is firmer while still being able to breathe and the slats stay in place without any nails. This bed is great for small apartments with (even smaller) bedrooms.

Overall a very good value
I am mostly satisfied with this product. The materials are of good sturdy quality, and the finish is quite lovely. I was a little dismayed that the rail ledges were not pre-attached at the factory, and it does take a bit of muscle to properly tighten the dozens of screws. The kit was missing some washers, but nothing I couldn't replace from the local hardware store. And none of the hardware is exposed, which is a plus for me.

Great Product
Even though I was dubious at first with ordering this product, I don't regret I did. And while there weren't any pre-drilled holes, the assebly was easy, as long as you align properly. WOudl recommend this product to a friend.

Nice Basic Twin
I purchased 2 twin beds for a small boys room. The wood is nice, its easy to assemble. I bought a bunkie board for the twin bed for my son who is older. I thought it would give more support fits nicely. Beds slates are a thin wood or pine had some splinters when screwing in place. Overall the bed is nice. The price may be a little high for the quality; I wouldn't purchase it in a larger size, but I think twin is nice.

nice bed
I enjoy the product being I have many disabilities it too me along time to build about 20+ hrs and the shipping date was not correct the shipper left my package outside my door which i did not appreciate cause someone could have stolen it. Wish there was better care in the shipping of the item.
