Savoy House Diablo 3-light Foyer Light Pendant

Superfast shipping!! Aside from the obvious challenge of installing it 2 stories high, it was an easy install. The light is much lighter (weight-wise) than it appears to be which was a plus during install. On the flip side, the metal was thinner and one of the acanthus leaves bent backwards during install, but was easily bent back into place. It does produce cool shadows as another reviewer stated. For the price, it is a no brainer.

First let me state that I wanted a dramatic statement with my 9' ceilings, and this light gives it. It is either Spanish, mediterranean or New Orleans in regard to style. My husband who is a little over 6' tall has knocked his head on it, but who cares? It's stunning! It is probably more appropriate for a 12' or more ceiling and mine is 9', but I adore this light. Now...I just have to find a circular table to go under it to avoid folks from hitting their heads. But it is beautiful. The light is bright and the shadows on my ceiling add a great deal of character. I love this. It was VERY easy to put together, but it is heavy. We did it ourselves (hung it) because well, we're too cheap to hire an electrician unless we're adding fixtures where none had existed before, but changing a ceiling fixture is like hanging a ceiling fan, it is doable with some cursing involved. Me (I'm only 5'6") holding the light overhead while my husband wired it into the existing wires, took some upper arm strength, but overall, we didn't have too many problems. Excellent light.

Pretty light but far larger than expected. I would have returned it but the electrician had already cut and hung the light. Far too large. If you need really large for a 12' high entry then this is your light. It is overwhelmingly large for an entry light. We dd remove and replace.

I bought 3 of these to line my hallway (which is cathedral height). They look crazy cool and very dramatic hanging 3 in a row. I love them.
