tammykokot from Almond, NY, Rating:4.0There is no reason to get technical so I'll simply state that unless you have a contractor install this, or you yourself are VERY knowledgeable about installation of this type of product, don't consider it a DIY. My husband took some extra precautions and replaced some of the provided materials. We had decided on what we wanted, just needed to find it w/out it costing an arm and a leg to deliver. LOVE O and their $0 shipping/handling as it took a semi to deliver this. IF you are considering purchasing this, please feel free to drop me an email and I'll have my husband dictate as to what/how he installed this and the extra precautions that he took and issues that we had that he was able to deal with (and could have been prevented). *************

handyhelper43 from Miami, FL, Rating:1.0I have only installed a few generators in the past, but there is no way it should be soo difficult. None of the fittings on the product matched my customers plumbing, and it was not ETL approved so the inspector made me rip it out of the wall costing me a days work for my team and I.

joeyarkansas from arkansas, Rating:4.0Installed this unit in my new home. I would recommend the unit. No Customer Support with this unit. I would download the manual first and make sure your plumber will install it. You can't get replacement parts. But, its a great price and the unit works well. Please make sure you can get the unit installed correctly.
