The one drawback is that the down rods are WAY too long if you have standard 10' or 8' ceilings, but we found shorter ones at a home improvement store that will work with the existing fittings. It's not really brushed nickel, but more of a brushed stainless finish - they match our brushed stainless accent tile perfectly. We haven't installed them to be able to review how well they work, but the size is perfect and the finish is beautiful. Another great buy from Overstock.

Great Showerhead. This was a find...I had a hard time finding a large rainshower head with an arm. This one fit the bill perfectly. Looks great and works great too. Very relaxing.

The shower head is very nice. The straight drop arm was pretty useless to me as it was way too long for my shower. It's about 18" long, and I needed one around 12". So figure on spending another $$ for a shorter drop arm.

The rain design showerhead is made with quality material. The "drop from ceiling" design is the way to go for the maximum shower affect. Finding a corrosion resistant and attractive pipe for the drop, is difficult. A stainless 1/2" plumbers pipe nipple of the same length will cost about the same elsewhere, and this wouldn't include the escutcheon and the shower head. Definitely good value for the money.
