i purchased this for my kitchen table. It is really long and the rod does not come in pieces so you cannot adjust it. we had to take it apart from the rod and mount it to the ceiling it looks ok but i wish it hang down a little.

After remodeling on a budget I didn't have alot of money for lighting. This chandelier added the look I wanted for the price I could pay! There was a piece damaged in shipping but within an hour of emailing the manufacturer they responded and had the part in the mail within 24 hours. (Please note, Manuf. is in China and I had to wait three weeks to get my part.) The material is lightweight and seems a little cheap but what do you really need in a light fixture. Chandeliers light a room and collect dust. This one also looks great !!! I especially like that this light hangs from the ceiling on a fixed length bar, not your usual chain. If you want something adjustable in length, this ISN'T your fixture. I love that I don't see any chains or wires!

nothing to exciting but looks nice in our kitchen.

This chandelier is exactly as pictured. Understated elegance. It was easy to install. The only problem is that it hanges pretty low over the dinning room table. Butsupposedly that's the style these days and we are getting used to it.

Overall I like the chandelier. The material in not that great and the paint scratched easily during assembly but once I attached it to the ceiling, none of the scratches were visible. Its a good height for a 10' ceiling. Some of the pieces were a little rusty which made it difficult to connect certain pieces but I managed with a wrench. The assembly instructions were pretty poor, but if you have assembled furniture, especially light fixtures, in the past, you should be able to figure it out. One note on assembly, after I put it all together and screwed in the bulbs, 2 or 3 of the bulbs did not light up. I realized that the small metal tabs that contact the bottom of the bulb (not sure what the correct term for those are) needed to be bent upward a bit to ensure a connection with the bulbs.

Light looks great and is a great value for the price. Looks like it cost much more.
