Sasha Twin-size Headboard
Decided to take a chance on this headboard and I'm very happy that I did. I ordered two for a remodeling job and they both arrived in excellent condition. Needed headboards that took up the least amount of visual space since the room is small. I was concerned with the height of the headboards being to large for the space. Fortunately, they make a soft statement without overpowering the room. The shape of the headboards are unique and provided the finishing touch for my project.. Although the head boards are reminiscent of an old antique iron bed, they fit very nicely with a more contemporary black and white bedspread.. The white enamel coating is beautiful and well done.The headboards are solidly made. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Thank you Overstock!

Headboard Headache
Received the headboard promptly. The packaging was extremely poor and badly torn and bent during shipping. The headboard had not been cushioned securely enough for safe arrival. On the top of the headboard where the tube meets the top round bar, the rose was partially chipped off as was part of the tube. Then the second tube from the left was welded in crooked. Overstock.com promptly replaced the headboard, but the second shipment was an entirely different headboard and even included a footboard. It also arrived damaged because of the flimsy cardboard box and lack of cushioning around the frames. Ended up keeping all of the damaged stuff with $15 credited to my account. As aggravated and frustrated as this situation was, I have shopped with Overstock.com for years and have never had these problems in the past. Overstock.com always replies promptly and tries to handle a situation courteously, promptly, and to the customer's satisfaction.
