the adjustable memory foam pillow works well as a neck pillow wrapped around the neck. it stays in place all night. However I was hoping to use it for a knee/tummy pillow but it is too small for that purpose. it is very firm and holds its shape well
I purchased this for my elderly mother to help ease neck pain. She prefers the neck pillow with the seeds/pellets inside. She did not find this one comfortable. Using it under her knees now. The fabric is fine a well as zipper per some other reviews.

This product provides sufficient and easy manueverability to give support for one's neck or lower back, and because it is memory foam, it stays firm enough to be comfortable for long periods of time.
This pillow is made of a nice quality of memory foam, not top-of-the-line, but good enough to spring back use after use. I have not tried to squash it to test its resilience as others have, but I have used it behind my neck for a five hour car ride, and enjoyed its pleasant comfort. The pillow has a metal shaft in the back by the zipper that you can bend to keep the pillow in a certain shape. The zipper is about 16 inches long and fairly noticable in the back also. So, this makes the pillow 'directional' in that you do not want to rest on the zipper/metal side, only on the opposite side. For a travel neck roll, this works fine. However, I would not want to use it straightened out for horizontal sleep, because the zipper or metal would inevitably poke me just from the pillow rolling around. The fabric is a nice quality, very soft and washes well (gentle cycle). Overall, I am pleased with it for travel comfort.
