I bought this after buying two others. They are very utile and they look very nice. Since they are made out of iron they are heavy and I had to buy a mitt to hold them because the handles get hot. They wash up nicely if you don't burn something on them. On the skillet I learned about cooking on iron, if you let it get too hot the food burns fast and it is harder to clean them. Now, I don't let the stove get too hot. The red enamel is very attractive.
