I love this griddle. I needed to replace my one non stick griddle because it was warped, and the coating was coming off. I did not want another non stick griddle, and had a hard time finding one. The stainless steel griddles were way too expensive, and then I thought of cast iron. I love cast iron cookware, and I knew it would be durable, and not warp. It weighs a ton, but it holds the heat great. I use it daily to make grilled cheese sandwiches for my son. I knew it would get alot of use and so far so good.

I love this griddle...it cooks foods even and is very easy to clean. I would recommend it.
