I have had the dishes for a couple of weeks, so they've been thru the dishwasher a few times. They are exactly as pictured. I love the shape, color and weight (they are heavy). The plates and saucers are just a little deeper than I would prefer but that is very minor. They were well wrapped and no breakage.

Very Pleased so far! I ordered November 14. Received full shipment November 30. I live in northern Canada, so I was pleased. Even tho part of the order came in a box that looked like it had seen an IED in Afghanistan, it was so well packaged that nothing is visibly cracked or broken! The outside box was torn and falling apart. Inner packing included bubble wrap, and two boxes of dishes inside another box! Product is exactly as pictured (including the colour). All 12 place settings fit in our dishwasher. Pieces appear to have a good base on them, so I doubt they'll tip or wobble when using them (my husbands complaint about the last set!) I don't want to rate durability until I've used them for awhile. Our last set (from another supplier) did not stand up in dishwasher or microwave.

I love red dishes and these are so tough!!! I have the whole set and not one piece has a chip in it! If you're tough on dishes, these are a great choice!

I PURCHASED THE SANGO DINNERWARE SET (2 of them) AND COMPLETER SET FOR A XMAS. GIFT. I OPENED THE BOXES AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PACKAGING. THE DISHES THEMSELVES ARE VERY PRETTY AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I THINK THIS GIFT WILL BE PERFECT!

What can I say? I received the 2 sets of dinnerware that I ordered just a few days ago. They were packaged beautifully. When I opened them, I was so taken with these dishes. They are far more than I thought they would be. Using a quote from my grandchildren, THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I love them so much, I will be ordering a third set so that I can have a complete setting for 12. They are perfect for all holidays. My problem, I know that I will never be getting my fine china out again. I already had the napkins to match the gray/brown border. I was just hoping they would match. They do. Thank you Overstock for one more order that I am so pleased to have in my possession. I love Overstock.

I was looking for quality, style, versatility, and price when I purchased my first set. I was not disappointed. The color is rich and versatile enuf to decorate a table for all seasons. The dinner and salad plates and soup bowls are ample size, and the cups are large enuf for a good cuppa coffee. Luv the easily held handles on the cups. I ordered additional pieces just in time for Thanksgiving. My table will look just great!

"Rustic Cranberry" is a great pattern name because it is just that. The color is cranberry on the brown side of red. The edge detail is milk chocolate brown. Perfect for a Tuscan decor table setting and nice quality. I only needed 8 place settings, but ordered three boxes (12 settings) for the inevitable chips that occur over the years. All three boxes arrived in perfect shape. Watch out for the sharp edges on the unusual packing peanuts. It took ten minutes to dig the dish box out of the shipping box!

Well packaged and prompt delivery. Looks very nice. I have not used it yet. I bought this set because the plates are deep with a lip. These are just what I wanted them to be.

Someone reviewed these and said they chipped easily. I bought them anyway and love them. I've had them for 8 months now and just 1 chip and I'm really hard on dishes.

Love it! Overstock really supports their customers. Ordered two sets originally and one set had two broken cereal bowls. Overstock offered me to provide them an amiable solution. Found the cost to replace two cereal bowls and they gave me credit off another set!

I love them, and ordered 2 sets (thank you to those who said that in your review!) Alas - I have to put them away for awhile,as the grandchildren moved in last weekend, an I have to revert to the indetructable dinnerware. I was a bit scared when the box arrived - as it was bashed up pretty bad - but the dinnerware was safe. while the plates are big - the bowl shape keeps us from filling the plates to full, and keeps everything on the plate.

I really love this set of dinnerware. The color and styling is very appealing and the craftsmanship is good. On a few of the dinner plates the cranberry color was not even, there were some light/white spots. The set arrived with one broken bowl, but customer service said that they would replace it. I'm waiting to receive the replacement bowl. Even with the few small imperfections, I still give this set five stars. Along with the additional completer set my dining table looks very designer inspired.

This is a good quality product. The dishes are sturdy and the color is very nice.

I love this set. It's so beautiful. Goes great in my kitchen. Even my husband liked it...which is saying a lot. Packaging was great, but even so, one of the mugs was broken when I recieved the set. I contacted customer service and within 2-3 days, a new mug was on its way. They were extremely helpful. I would recommend this set to anyone and may even get myself another.
