    • Fragile!!

      My husband and I received two sets of these dishes, in Nova Black, for our wedding a little over a year and a half ago.We are not rough on our dishes, but yet most of our bowls are chipped and/or cracked! The mugs are NOT microwave safe. They either get too hot to handle, or burn while in the microwave. The smell that comes off them when they burn is awful.I will NOT be buying this brand again, and am currently shopping for something more durable.

      These dishes look good, for awhile. The clear glaze comes off w/in wks of washing. They chip very easily and utensils scratch the plates. The finish on the coffee mugs has cracked and popped off and I rarely use them. I would not suggest these to anyone. I am very disappointed in the longevity of these.

    • Not very durable

      We purchased this dinnerware when we got married, really liked the design. I wouldn't recomend this dinnerware to others, it does break too easily. We have had it for two years and between the dishwasher and the microwave we have four out of eight plates left. Will not replace, will find something else.

    • Don't waste your money

      I had a set of Pfaltzgraff dishes that we received for our wedding gift 20 years ago that are in like new condition and decided to use them in a 2nd home of ours. I purchased 2 full sets of the Sango because I liked the brown color and they appeared to be be the same quality. I was mistaken and wasted my money. I am now going to purchase a new set of Pfaltzgraff and throw away the rest of the Sango.

      • Please tell us about the quality of the product. poor quality. With in the first couple of months dishes were chipping, I have had this set now for a liitle over a year and thrown away 2-3 pieces of each bowls, and plates.

      These dishes are a great price. They are used every day and look great on the table. Our second set. They were shipped promptly and packaged very well. It was a good purchase.

    • Great everyday dishes!

      I purchased this set to add to my existing set of Sango which I have been using for a long time. I'm very pleased with these dishes as we use them everyday & they are durable, look nice & are a good size.

    • Over sized dishes

      I was so excited to get these dishes only to discover they did not fit in my average size residential dishwasher. Since I use my dishwasher daily and don't have time to wash dishes by hand, this was a major issue, I sent them back to Overstock. I had ordered 3 sets since we have a large family. I was very disappointed that they did not fit. They seemed to be well made and for the price would have been excellent.
