Sango 16-piece Contrast Brown Dinnerware Set

I ordered 2 sets of these dishes to use in my 2nd kitchen in the basement. I really liked the look of them. I received them just 3 after they were shipped. When I opened the boxes, one of the sets had a broken bowl. I was worried because when I had ordered the sets, there were only a handful of sets remaining in their warehouse. I contacted customer service and I had a replacement bowl within a week, no questions asked and no need to return the broken pieces. I have used the set a couple of times. They are of good quality and clean very easily. They have a bit rougher feel than I am used to, but it is not a problem. The bowls are very deep. Overall I'm pleased with the set and would recommend it to others. I won't hesitate to order again from Overstock.com because of their wonderful customer service.

Just as pictured! Very heavy and sturdy. A bit larger than I had imagined - although the measurements are accurate. I will probably order a 3rd set.

I am extremly pleased with the product. However it is bigger than I realized. Three (3) pieces were broken in shipment and your customer service department acted quickly and professionally. Replacement product was received within the alloted time. I would purchase again from this company should the need arise.
