The twin bed is very stable and the combination of black mixed with wood tone is very attractive. It does take lots of patience to put the slats in place and not ever having to do such a job, of course, I errored by tightening one side before truly aligning the support slat to the other side, which meant it did not reach properly----so I had to loosen all slats and line them up proportionately before tightening any of the screws. As a female in H.S., way back when, I did not have wood shop. I wish now I had paid more attention to how my husband put things together.

I really love the way this bed looks and feels. I did have a slight problem putting it together. Some of the screw holes on the rails were a little off so I had to use wire to secure them to the bed. Problem solved and now I have a very nice bed for my grandson. I have ordered another one for my granddaughter. I just hope I dont have the same problem with the rails.

I was not happy with this product.. my kids now just sleep on just the mattress.. i would never order it again.. i would like a replacement of some kind...

Takes some time to put together but all in all good value and looks good.

A few of the welds were crooked so it made assembly a little more difficult. You need to realize that this is a very SHORT bed. Only about 8 inches off the ground. Also the middle post on the side is easily caught by toes. We got the bed for our extra room and it is only used occasionally. I would definitely recommend for a small child's room, but go ahead and spend the few extra bucks if you want to have for a spare guest room.

This bed would not even be a bargain at ***. Cheap aluminum and cheap wooden posts painted in a reddish chocolate color not even close to the color depicted in product information. I only opened two of the three packages received, packaged them back up and went online to return the items. It cost me ***+ of the *** price I paid to return and if I had not physically loaded the three packages into my vehicle and took them to the UPS office, I would have paid additional charges for UPS to pick up at my house. Truthfully, this experience with Overstock.com was not a good one and which may make me shy away from ever ordering through them again. My last experienced ordering living room furniture was a good one so I expected the same this time.

The bed fits perfectly in the spare bedroom. It was pretty simple to put together with the exception of 1(one) post that had not been pre-drilled so it took my husband some time and a lot of strength to attach the rail to the post. The bed looks beautiful and my grand daughter loves the bed. .

What should have taken 1/2 hour to assemble turned into 2 hours. None of the pre-drilled holes lined up, and I had to fight to get the screws in. I still have a handful of screws because there is no way to get them into the unaligned holes.

I HAVE BEEN FURNISHING A SUMMER PLACE AND WANTED THESE FOR GUESTS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE BEDS AND THE ASSEMBLY WAS LONG DUE TO ATTACHING EACH CROSSBAR, ALBEIT NOT DIFFICULT. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND WOULD RECOMMEND THESE BEDS.

Great product...easy to construct, sturdy, and a bargain.

Not a real solid bed but a great deal for the money and for a 10 year old boy ( as long as he doesnt use it as a trampoline). The slats were a real pain to get in and that's where the majority of our time was taken up when putting the bed together. Really nice finish and looks great. We enjoyed the price and he enjoys the look.

This Bed works perfect for me. I got around the weight problem by putting a row of storage crates under the bed, now it holds about 500 bls. Next the bars, I put a sheet of plywood on top of the bars, no bars to deal with. It fits in my studio apt very well, and gives the place class. ty for the great service.

Beds look good , but quality is horrific It has not been a year yet and I will have to throw those beds out.The frames are very flimsy and middle legs broke off. the frames are bent and this is with only occasional weekend use. Can only imagine what they would look like with everyday use. The bed would not last for a month

This was my first experience buying from Overstock.com and I am so pleased with the bed frame, it's looks, it's sturdy-ness, and the comfort it provides along with it making the bed room have that wow factor. I will definately order again and again I'm sure. I ordered this on a Sunday afternoon and received it on Thursday...wow I'm impressed.

Dispite shipping problems I am still over all satisfied with my bed.Having the use of only one hand I was able to assemble this bed with the help of a 6 year grand daughter,Buying a set of casters from Home Depot made it even better as the bed posts were predrilled for the the wheels.

I bought this bed for my 4 year old daughter and I am very satisfied with the bed. It was very easy to put together myself which is a plus and my daughter loves her bed.

this item is very pretty to look at but it is made of cheap material. the metal is very thin and i could bend it with my hands. my 6 year old is strong enough to bend the bars the mattress lays on and no she's not superwoman. the bed was meant for show not for use. the middle starts to bend and eventually you're laying on the floor. you can of course bend the bars back each morning but that's a waste of time. overall i would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

I ordered two for my twin daughters. Each bed came in two separate boxes and was packaged so that no piece was damaged. They were easy to assemble and the stability of the beds was great too.I would recommend these beds to anyone who is looking for "Bang for your Buck". I will definately order more products from Overstock!!
