I wished they had spent a few more cents on protecting the finish of the legs. Most parts were just thrown into the shipping box. Probably would NOT buy again. If you don't mind refinishing the product it is a sturdy stool.

nice little sturdy stools. wanted something a bit more rustic but will use these for the purpose i purchased them for. for an ADD person they assembled easily and i liked that the screw holes had the little wood pegs to cover them...nice detail.

Everything was good. However, it was not clear to me if one order contained one or two stools. To ensure I got two stools I ordered two - which ended up being four stools. These are such nice stools I think I will keep them. You need to be careful when putting them together - by the time I got to the second stool the allen wrench was starting to lose it's head (yes, partly operator error due to arthritis). I remedied this with my own allen wrench.

I needed some extra seating to use in the breakfast nook and dining room. These stools were exactly what I needed. They were easy to assemble, very sturdy, and have become a favorite seat for the kids at the table and while playing video games. 18" stools are hard to come by and usually expensive, I got two of these stools at about half of the cost of one anywhere else!

These were hard to find. Overstock had what I was looking for at a great price.

We love our Oak Stools. However, there are four squares that are painted on the top of each seat to make the seats look more like saddles. I wish they weren't spray painted on there. They look a little funny. Other than that, they look awesome at our table!

A great price for two stools that fit perfectly at the dinner table for extra guests. I wouldn't call the color "oak", more like maple, but the stools are sturdy and beautiful. Easy to put together.

I bought the 18" chair height stools. They're made well and were easy to assemble.

In our new house we have a built in kitchen table (not a breakfast bar) so we needed to find stools that were 18 inches high. After searching all over I found these here. We had to assemble but they are very sturdy and the color is exactly as pictured. They fit my rear end beautifully and match our oak kitchen cabinets. And best yet, these were the least expensive that I saw in my search especially with the low shipping cost for a heavy item. We bought 4 (2 pair). I love them!
