We selected this item as a hostess gift for friends who invited us to their vacation home for the weekend. They are gadget people and wanted to try it out as soon as they opened it. It was as advertised, the bottle of wine was chilled in 10 minutes. We used it all weekend and they loved it. We are planning on getting one as a Christmas gift for my husband's parents, his dad's a gadget person too. It looks elegant, fits any decor, and is super quiet. With any luck, one will find its way into our home as well.

Works just like it says in the amount of time. I put a bottle in and within 15 min it is cold. It even chilled a magnum.
