LOVED the tree but wrong size sent
I really loved this palm tree, but I ordered and paid for a 6' palm and they charged me for a 6' palm and sent me a 4' palm. I desperately needed this 6' tree for a decorating job I was doing in a NYC restaurant and had a deadline. I can't tell you how much stress this caused. The tree was beautiful and full but wrong size! Customer service was great and ordering was easy. It was in stock when I ordered but I feel I should have been notified when the 6' was NOT in stock then I could have made other arrangements earlier. Customer service did refund the money and gave me a $20 gift card for my troubles..the girl was really great! Unfortunately I had to rush order from another company and luckily received the correct tree the morning I was supposed to leave for NYC.

This is a fun, and good diversion in the winter months. It is clear this is not real, although people have to get closer "to make sure". Just a fun piece !

A palm tree that looks like a palm tree
I'd looked and looked for a fake palm tree that looked like a palm TREE, not plant. This does! It's high quality and goes perfectly with the theme of the room for which it was bought. Thanks for an excellent product. Reasonably priced, too!
