Very pleased with the bars in both appearance and quality. Offeringg the bars in a set was a great idea. However, not all of the screws were included in the packaging, which necessitated a trip to the hardware store for more stainless steel screws. Dislike paying full price for an item and then finding that one has to spend more in time and money to install the item properly. Otherwise, very pleased with the product itself.

Sub par quality control
The quality control on the longer bar (24") was in adequate. The mounting plates were not in the same plane. I had to put the bar in a pipe bender to line up the plates so they would be flush on the wall tile. As a consequence the geometry of the bar changed slightly. Fortunately I noticed this before I drilled holes in the shower tile. Bad news for the consumer who doesn't have a pipe bender or acetylene torch. I would have rated the product as excellent if it weren't for this but this one seemingly "little" problem is critical if one doesn't want to end up with cracked tiles or water damage behind them. An aside, I made gaskets out of old bicycle inner-tubes to sandwich between the mounting plates & the tile; critical item to prevent water damage. It would be nice if this company were to add gaskets w/ the product.

I bought these for my 94yr. old mother , she can now get in and out of my shower without help. This aloows her to have some independence. they are great.
