Stools *look* great, and were easy to assemble. BUT one of them (I purchased 4) was very uneven.... like when you go to a restaurant and get a "3 legged" table or chair. I intend to put a stick-on furniture pad under one leg to level it out.Read More
Ok first let me start by saying that in the picture they look amazing, but the color on these are more like a orange, the red is too bright. I also want to mention the UPS delivered these and the first thing i said was "Wow, this Box looks like it's been in some kind of War" The UPS man laughed and that was it.. The box was all broken in each corners with big holes as if rats chewed their way in. I hesitated to even stay with the package but I kept hope and opened the box. I notice some way some how the chairs looked in good shape. I was very surprised due to the boxes being in horrible condition and the chairs not wrapped in anything to keep them protective from any damage being delivered, I guess I got luck. Then as I was snooping through the box I notice all the screws were loose. The so called bag that the screws were suppose to be in was ripped. Fortunately and surprisingly, I found every screw. How didn't they get out through those big holes on the box is, I have no idea, again hope maybe. Ok now the instructions that came with this is horrrrrrrible. You don't need to be a brain surge to put them together but I will say, if u start the wrong way like I sort of did, prepare for your so called leather to get ripped. Omg I can continue on and on about these stools. Ok last but not least, the finish product. All tho they look and feel very cheap and all tho the leather is really rubber, the stools do look nice once finish. They do look like the pics on here but instead picture them orange red if that makes any sense. At the end of the day, after all the disappointments, I decided to stay with them, not to deal with any blah customer service.. Wish we can load pics, cause trust me I have them.Read More
