I bought two rugs in the 7'x9' size and I like them a lot. Be aware that the grey is not grey. An earlier reviewer made the same comment -- what shows up as grey in the picture is black and white wool mixed together. Much more black than I expected.
How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Different -- what is described as "grey" is actually black and white mixed.
Please tell us about the quality of the product. Good quality; lots of initial shedding but that is to be expected
How accurate was the on site description of the product? Description needs to be updated to reflect the actual color
Rug is ivory but what is described as 'gray' is actually a mix of ivory with black. From a distance looks a little gray but up close you can tell it is a mix of ivory and black. Also, the design is not as busy as it appears on the site. However, it is still nice. Although not gray as described it is still a nice rug.

I was ordering this rug for my living room. I wanted an ivory and gray rug because my couches are gray. When this prodcuc came in, there is no gray in the rug, it is actually black and ivory. From far away it looks gray, but up close you can see that it is actually black and ivory mixed, where they say it's gray. I ended up keeping this because I love the design of it, and I have black pillows, so it still matches my room.

I previewed the rug on several different computers - since image quality and color vary from computer to computer - before buying this rug. When I actually received the rug, the 'ivory' appeared very dirty and spotty, seemed to be discolored or that maybe someone spilled tea or coffee throughout, and the grey was actually black strands and white strands speckled throughout. True black and white can make grey - but it shouldn't be called grey when they are individual strands of b/w. The image/description of the rug appears much cleaner and sharper in color, in actuality it looks old and dirty.
The delivery of the rug was speedy and I received within a couple of days of ordering. Returning it was a different story. There was much debate with Customer service, once resolved, UPS arrived in about 3 days to pick up the rug. It then took about a week and half to be returned and I received my credit. However, Overstock charged me for the return! A total of about $69. I lost money on this transaction even though the carpet was not as described on the website and it was dirty. (In comparison with a BB&B product that was wrong - they paid for the return).
I was very excited at the beginning, but it turned into an unfortunate event.
