I purchased this rug in a 12' runner. At the time it arrived, it looked perfect. After close to a year, it began to develop "S" shaped patterns down the middle of the runner. It quickly developed into a very noticeable and unacceptable pattern. I noticed that the pattern occurs at the place where the grain is running in opposite directions from the patterned line to the edge of the rug. I contacted OVERSTOCK customer service and offered to send them a picture. They offered no solution because it had been just over a year since the purchase (12 days over to be exact). They also said that there is no warranty on this rug. Therefore it didn't matter when the pattern had appeared. I find this unacceptable and question the OVERSTOCK sourcing of products and more particularly, the after-shipment support.
