Not ivory at all. Looks more brown and grey and dull. Did not return it as it would be a chore to repackage and haul off to the USPS.Read More
I bought this 8x10 rug to protect the wood floors in a study. I knew prior to ordering it that the primary color was not ivory--but when it came I found the primary color was not beige but more of a mustard gold with sage accents which really clashed with my furniture. It also had such a bad chemical smell that I returned it after two weeks. Overstock was great about returning it and I have no complaints from that standpoint. The rug itself was a good quality and I regret having to send it back.Read More
I have had my eye on this rug for quite some time. I was a little fearful because the photos have a slight peachy overtone on the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised with the coloring, it is perfect in our family room. I would say the background has a beige to taupe tone the red is more of a brick red tone, than bright red. The value is exceptional, I could not get this any where else at this price. It does shed a bit, I am hoping it goes away, when the kids are on the floor, they come up with fibers on their clothing.Read More
The reviews helped convince me to buy this rug. While the rug does shed a lot, I love the muted tones of the rug and the plush pile. It was a great price for a very fine rug. Hoping the shedding will stop soon.Read More
Reading all of the reviews while shopping for a rug really helped me so I have decided to give back. The main color of this rug is what I would call a medium beige. It has some pale green, red and ivory in it. It looks like a very expensive rug and I am thoroughly impressed. Not to mention Overstocks great customer service. The model # for this rug is Anatolia 516B. Recommended product A++++.Read More

Best Women's Suits for Work
Women's suits are often part of the professional dress code, and many offer the choice between skirts and dress pants. Although women's suits need to be professional, a variety of fabrics and colors keep wardrobe options fresh and offer you the ability to pair your suit with existing blouses in for a new look. Even if you work in a casual setting, it is wise to have a women's suit on hand for special occasions. Look for flattering skirt styles. Many professional offices observe a conservative dress code, and skirt suits are dressier than pantsuits. Keep dress suits simple and classy in neutral colors such as navy, beige, black and brown. Skirts should be hemmed right above the kneecap or just below it, and suitable blouses for conservative skirt suits are high-cut to avoid showing too much cleavage. To ensure skirts look flattering on any figure, look for styles that offer waist reinforcement and lines to provide structure. Pick a pantsuit. For more casual settings, a pantsuit is professional and comfortable. Look for pants that are straight-cut or slightly flared at the hem to pair with heels or dress boots, and try a high-waisted style for a structured look. Pleated pants look best on ultra-slender women, because they can bunch around the waist and stomach area. Choose appropriate fabric. For year-round wear, a dress suit made of worsted wool keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The high-quality wool fabric is soft and lightweight and commonly comes in such colors as gray, black and navy. For summer, a lightweight suit made of seersucker or linen creates a crisp appearance and provides comfort in warmer weather. Additional suit fabrics to choose from include wool blends, polyester-cotton blends, cotton and synthetic materials, such as polyester and rayon blends. Get a great fit. To get the most flattering suit for your body shape, note the areas of the body that need special attention. For curvy women, suits with wide necklines, rounded lapels and double-breasted jackets balance out the body. Suits that have pointed lapels and straight-cut jackets, skirts or pants mostly flatter tall, angular women. Petite women can create the illusion of being taller with solid-colored suits and those that feature a subtle pinstripe pattern. A-line skirts are flattering to women of all sizes because they hug the hips and slightly flare out at the hem, balancing out the body. Best Kid-friendly Fabric for Sofas
Finding the right sofa and loveseats that match your room, have the right look and meet your budget can be like searching for a needle in a haystack. If kid-friendly fabrics are on your must-have list, start by looking below. This article will help you find the best kid-friendly fabrics for sofas, which should repel stains and hold up to added abuse from children jumping, scooting and forgetting to remove their shoes before hopping on the sofa. Microfiber: Microfiber is stain-resistant and comes in different textures. Some microfiber weaves are smooth, like suede, and others are denser, similar to corduroy. You may clean most microfiber with water, but check the manufacturer's tag because a few types of microfiber may require cleaning with a compatible solvent. Wool: For sofas, wool and wool blends are great because of their durability. They're less prone to pilling, snagging and wrinkling than other fabrics. Plus, wool is easy to spot-clean. Vacuum this natural fabric with a hand-held vacuum attachment to remove dust. Leather: Leather is a versatile sofa fabric; it can be elegant or totally casual. Its slick surface makes cleanups relatively easy. Beware if you have pets, as little claws can leave scratch marks. Scuff-repair solutions are available, and they can keep your kids' sofa looking good for years. In addition, a quick treatment with leather conditioner once or twice a year will keep the sofa soft and supple. Vinyl: Vinyl is just as versatile as leather and often has the same smart look, but at a much more affordable price. It's easy to clean, too: just spray it with water and wipe spills away. Vinyl isn't as snuggly as microfiber, but in a playroom, it will hold up to lots of abuse. Denim: Just because a sofa is upholstered in denim doesn't mean it'll look like your worn-out jeans. Just like a comfy pair of jeans, denim is sturdy and goes with everything. In addition, denim sofas are available in a rainbow of colors to match your kids' bedrooms or playroom. One of the most common bags, the hobo handbag is a great day-to-day option. The top layer of many leather hobo handbags> is made from top-grain leather, since it can be dyed in any color imaginable. The hobo handbag comes in many different sizes, but it is never considered bulky or oversized. A leather hobo handbag can easily accommodate a wallet, cell phone and other personal items with room to spare. Satchel. Top-grain and full-grain leather are commonly used to make satchel handbags. The small, hand-held leather clutch may also be referred to as a coin purse.
