Very pretty rug. Very, neutral but classy and beautiful. The colors are subdued but warm. The shade that is questionable in the picture for me was the "pink" and it's more of a rust than a pink. A wool rug this big, for this price, is excellent. That being said, the loom is a bit whacky. It sheds REALLY REALLY BADLY!!! I have the red runner and it does the same thing. It is in a high traffic den with two kids and 4 XXL dogs, so it definitely being put to the test. It's starting to slow down after a month but it was literally covering my entire house with wool bits. I knew this would happen, but my poor vacuum had no warning and it nearly did my Dyson in. I finally hit it with my Kirby and that seems to have taken it down a notch. Now, the weird loom thing is this, it appears that this is a cut fiber rug meaning it was looped and then they cut the tops of the loops?(Not a rug expert) The odd thing, and it may be a quality thing, as time goes on, it appears that some of the loops didn't get cut and they pop up and are just a little higher than the rest of the fibers. Not a huge deal, you can trim them down with your scissors, but mine is doing it quite a bit so I just left it "for texture". However, it does kind of make it look like there's things sticking out of the rug. I kept pulling at them thinking they were going to fall out but they're in there tight. This really doesn't bother me. I'll take size/price/durability/stain hidingness over a little wonky weaving any day!! And if I had the time or inclination, I could get down on my hands and knees and just trim all the fibers, but in a 12 x15 rug...that could take a while. So I would recommend this rug for it's beauty, square footage and apparent durability, but with reservations on shedding and weird weave.
