After being heistant to order this rug (there were no previous reviews) I finally pulled the trigger. Fast shipping and it's beautiful. The stock photo on the site does not show the detail nor an accurate hue. It is a true beige (not gold or peachy). It has a chocolate border. It has a large pattern on it (which looks great in the 9x12) and the smaller patterns in-between the large markings are very faint, so it's not at all busy. I would decribe it as true beige with some brown, deep red, and sage green accents (not overwhelming). Very warm and neutral. So far no shedding, no problems. Very glad I took the risk.

I was a little hesitant to order this rug only because colors on a computer screen appear different than they are in person but I am SO GLAD I did!! Reading all the reviews helped and they were right. The backround beige looks lighter online. It is a little more deep beige or tan but exactly what I wanted!! It is a beautiful thick quality wool rug. If you are someone looking for a tan backround with some red green and gold this one is gorgeous!! The shipping was super quick too. Thanks Overstock !

Beautiful rug. No shedding or loose pieces. Hemmed and haw'ed about buying it for a week or two, and then just bit the bullet and did it. So glad I did. The rug is a beautiful, UNDERSTATED, neutral color, with small accents of green, red, and brown. It fits my neutral decor perfectly without being too loud or colorful. Love it. I didn't rate it a 5 for value because I first ordered another Safavieh that I later returned because the color was wrong, and it's the exact same rug aside from the colors, only $!@% more. Not sure what's up with that.

The rug itself is quite attractive. The odor that accompanied it was offensive! In fact, after a month of being down,it is just about gone. Because of the smell, cannot recommend the rug.

I ordered a lot of rugs from Overstock over the years and will continue to do so. They have the best rugs unless you want to go hand knotted over $10,000rug. Any other place I bought rugs disappointed me and that includes Costco Online. This rug is definitely not ivory. It looks light enough from a distance with the daylight. Main color is cafe latte (lots of milk :)) in my opinion. Trim is definitely brown. I have olives in my decor it complemented my dining room excellently. Colors looks pretty much the same as I see it on my Macbook. It is soft, pile is reasonably high.

WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE COLORS AND THE DESIGN PATTERN WERE NOT AS WAS REPRESENTED IN THE PICTURE. THE COLORS ARE VERY MUCH DARKER THAN THOSE SHOWN; AND NOT BY A LITTLE, BY A LOT...THE PATTERN IS NOT AS CRISP AS SHOWN EITHER. THE PILE HEIGHT IS WHAT I BOUGHT IT FOR (AS WELL AS THE COLORS) BUT DID NOT WANT TO HASSLE WITH A RETURN AND IT WILL WORK OUT OK FOR WAT I AM USING IT FOR. THE SIZE IS PERFECT FOR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, AS WELL AS THE PRICE.

This rug has given my living room a new look, very refreshing and welcome. I have returned to overstocks to buy throw pillows for the sofa and a wastebasket that enhance the new color scheme, which is now lighter and warmer.

I bought two sizes of this same Rug - the colors matched perfectly. I had to return the first of the larger rugs because there was some of the brown pile missing on the dark brown border. Overstock handled this without a hitch paying for all the shipping costs to take the one back and ship me a new one. The new one was fine. So when you order make sure you just cut the top of the plastic bag they ship it in and slide out the rug to make sure its ok. This way you can reuse the bag if you need to ship it back. Other than that these rugs look great in our living room and I'm hoping they wear well.

The photo made me think it was exactly what I was looking for. A previous rug purchase was such a match that I never considered that a rug could look so different. It appears to be fairly light on the photo. In person it is so dark, I could hardly make out or recognize the pattern. The quality is as represented. I returned the rug as it was not what I expected or wanted. Returns are very simple and Overstock is great about it.

would not recommend this as a beige rug, would however, recommend for look, feel and the quality of the rug. I am using the rug but feel would have preferred a ivory/beige as described.

This is a great rug for someone who has olive colors in their room décor. I ordered it to match an Oushak runner that came without the aqua green coloring shown in the picture and expected the rug to match well. However, the olive border is distinct. I love the rug and have found another room in which to use it that works better.

It's a good thing I read the other reviews before purchasing this rug--the color really looks nothing like the photograph. In person, it is much darker--more like beiges and browns, and not so "yellow" as in the photo, but the pattern is the same. It's a beautiful neutral piece that would go with any classic decor and lovely quality for the price. The 3 x 5 size is perfect for the small dressing area in front of my closet. The color also does a great job of hiding dog hair. I have two border collies (one red and white and one black and white so their hair shows up on EVERYTHING); vacuuming is an almost daily ritual in my house. The rug that this replaced was red and always looked terrible--this one looks clean even when it isn't. Very happy with the purchase.

The design is as described, and the carpet is think, and lies well. Since I was buying it to be somewhat similar to my other two rugs. I would have returned it, but because we live in Canada, I did not get the rug immediately, but made a trip to Montana to bring it home.

I love the carpet so much I purchased another one. Same pattern but larger size. It should be here any day! I was very pleased with the quality and the beautiful colors of the carpet. The picture really doesn't do the rug justice.

The rugs are great and match perfectly. In looking for perfectly matching rugs that were the appropriate size it was pretty hard to find anything that was the right colors and came in all the right sizes. These rugs fit perfectly and will last for many many years.

I order a matching rung and runner. The large rug was beautiful and just as described and pictured but the runner was totally different. Fortunately, we could still use it as I did not save the packaging material etc. I am disappointed with Overstock on this and would be very careful if I ever order again.
