I descovered why these refurbished units are so redily available and well priced. Coffee was fantastic, but the product has serious design flaws.....mine only lasted about a month before it stopped working, which appears to be par for the corse. I guess some folks have not had there unit fail (yet) but most have.....

I was really nervous about picking the right espresso machine. We live in the Seattle area and really like our latte. Considering the amount of money we were spending at the coffee shop, it was time to make a change. I did a lot of research on the internet and finally decided I was ready to make a purchase. I love this machine. It not only makes a great cup of espresso, but it's so easy to operate. If you're a first time buyer, like me, you should purchase this machine. You can choose to make a single cup or two cups at a time. The dial allow you to select how strong you want your espresso or dial it down and make a regular cup of coffee. My husband likes Americano, coffee that's stronger than ordinary and I'm more a mocha fan, so this machine is perfect for us. I tell my friends, if you want a great at home cup of espresso, buy this machine.

This is a wonderful semi auto coffee maker. It has taken us a little while to get used to it and I am not totaly convinced that we have everything set up perfectly but it does exactly what we purchased it for, makes good coffee at the touch of a button.We have noticed that it seems to use alot of beans per cup and that it feels like it might be running hot all the time.Pros: Professional looking and great tasting coffeeCons: takes a little wile to get used to the exact order that everything must be done in. Uses alot of beans.

I arrived very quickly. Packed really well. There a piece came out, no instruction where the piece goes...it was for filter. Aqua Prima Filter does not come with the shipment, but dont need to use it. I use spring water anyway. "warning light" came on...instruction does not explain too much about it...it indicates for low water in filter or clean up trash in the box. Took sometime to get right taste, but.............I LOVE MY MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My neighbor comes over to get her cup of coffee everymorning!!!!

I purchased this because it reminded me most of the high-end machine at the coffee shop I used to work at. Let me tell you, this it the one to get if you want the great quality and taste of the coffee shop. I use it mainly to add espresso to my protein shakes so they taste yummy instead of yucky. It really makes a difference with a machine that grinds up the beans for you; the taste is way better than pre-ground beans. Also, it's super, super easy to operate, clean, and it will save me money (from not going to coffee shop anymore).

We are building a house and wanted to try out one of the high end coffee makers that does everything. My sister said try the Saeco. We ordered it and can't stop using it. It does everything from expresso to heating hot water. Its very easy to use. One note, it does not come with the water filter (which you don't need to use it) or the cleanning brush. The manual you receive states these 2 items DO come with the machine. I was told that customer service would send a brush, I have still never received one. Everywhere I priced the same machine, even on Saeco outlet it was much more expensive. I would recommend to anyone wanting this type of Coffee Machine.

The product shipped without the water purifier. The first contact with the manufacturer was a bit of a runaround. They at first said this filter does not ship with this unit. They at this time said we needed to contact the seller. After going back and forth a few times, we were able to get the manufacturer to send us the filter at no charge. The unit works very well. Fast start up. Very easy controls and the clean up is fairly easy. This remanufactured product came in excellent condition.
