Bought this Saeco because it had all the features I needed and not the unnecessary electronic frills that don't make the coffee better. Fully satisfied. Refurbished machine with a few missing parts, speedily corrected. Great response time, service.

This machine is less twitchy than the Magic model, and represents a teriffic value for the passsionate coffee drinker. Setup took about 15 minutes. The preset grind and pod mass make a decent cup of espresso without tweaking, but changing the grind or bean delivery is easy. The grinder hasn't jammed once in a month of use. The SBS dial allows instant control of the shot volume / concentration. The brew group and dregs drawer are stable. The steam system is fast, and froths beautifully. Our morning ritual of 2 double shot lattes each has been trouble-free so far. Drawbacks: the relatively small bean and water reservoirs, and emptying the dregs drawer requires opening the front of the machine and pulling the overflow trays out along with the drawer. Removing a full container of steamed milk involves tilting the pitcher carefully to clear it from the wand without spilling.

This is a professional machine. Great product. Easy to use. Delicious espresso. I am so happy that I bought this product. Refurbished or not, it is a quality machine. You turn it on and poof..... latte, capu, coffee, mach, you think of it and this machine does it. NO MORE $5 LATTES....... now it costs just pennies
