I hate this coffee grinder. It makes a big mess on my counter. The bowl for the grounds is supposed to be "anti static" and it is not at all. I do NOT recommend this coffee grinder to anyone.

The Saeco-USA EL 60 Titan Burr Coffee Grinder is a great concept. Easy to use. Great for portions. Stores Beans in top. FRESH COFFEE is easy. I would not go back.

Saeco Burr grinder
mbusto  from Lost Coast CALIFORNIA,  Apr 30, 2008
This is a fantastic grinder. I found that the plastic cup where the ground coffee goes does tend to slip out.....But I love the quality of the grind so much, my solution is to turn the grinder around and place the front against the wall as it grinds. We roast our own beans and it has been difficult to find a grinder that can do a good job. THIS IS THE ONE!!

Rather messy...
gail666  from San Francisco,  Mar 9, 2008
I've discovered, after using this a few times, that the catch cup has a tendency to loosen and move from under the grinder. Really makes a mess on the counter. It grinds OK, but you have to watch closely when using it to be sure the cup stays in place.

Great Coffee Grinder
markofnewjersey  from New Jersey,  Feb 24, 2008
The coffee grinder does a great job of grinding a great cup of coffee, and is simple to operate. It does not hold tons of coffee nor have tons of bells and whistles, but does what I bought it for extremely well, that is grind the right amount of coffee at the right courseness for my coffee press.

Premium grind
javaluvver  from Pennsylvania,  Jan 12, 2008
I've used this burr grinder for years and it works very well. It takes less space than others I've seen. Since I enjoy coffee this grinder brings out the best since burr grinding doesn't heat the beans and ruin the flavor. It's quite easy to clean and very space efficient. If you like consistent results with your coffee, buy this.

EL 60 Titan Burr Coffee Grinder
baron763  from Mill Valley, CA,  Oct 9, 2007
With a wide range of grinds, its sleek eye pleasing design and the large bean hamper, The EL 60 Titan Burr Coffee Grinder is a welcome addition to my kitchen. It's nice to wake the house with the smell of coffee instead of coffee grinding!

I have this Burr Grinder for almost 5 years and to this day, it still grinds fresh beans. I have used it for a manual espresso machine, flat-bottom & cone-shaped coffee machines & french press - not recommended for Turkish coffee. It is pretty silent & compact. You do get a little of the ground ending on your counter-top even though it does have a 'anti-static' coffee ground container. I would recommend this if you like to grind your coffee fresh every day and that you have different machines. Maintenance is very simple - once a month just grind handfuls of rice until it comes out white. Anyway I bought 2 more for my sister and boyfriend. They both love it!
