expected these stools to come with some assembly required, so I wasn't surprised
when it came in pieces, yet in one package. It took me about a half hour,
and came with everything I needed to do it. These stools are good quality
and are pretty sturdy, not wobbly. I have 5 kids and they are very stable
and just the right size for our counter height island. The seat is very
comfortable and wide enough for any adult, yet tucks away nicely when not
in use. I really like mine.

These stools look great in my house and everyone comments on them. I only wish that the 24 inch came in black. My countertops are 34 inches from the floor and these fit perfectly. They are very sturdy and comfortable. It took me about 5 minutes to put them together.

I ordered 2 sets of these stools. They arrived in a few days, and I had all 4 put together within half an hour. I suggest a power drill with the right allen wrench bit. They're substantial and attractive. Not at all wobbly, but very sturdy. Very, very glad I ordered these, they're perfect.

My husband and I have been looking for this style stools for several months. These stools are the best-made ones we have come across. My husband was skeptical of making an on-line purchase, but was happily surprised at the quality of the wood and how solid they are. They were easy to assemble and they tuck away perfectly beneath the overhang of our counter. We purchased the honey oak and the color pictured is very accurate. They go beautifully with our kitchen cabinetry and our table and chair set. We are very happy with our purchase. I have been an "O" fan for quite some time and now my husband is hooked also.

We got these stools for our kitchen addition for seating at the island. They are placed along the side next to the main traffic area into the sitting room area off the kitchen, and they tuck perfectly under the island overhang. They are heavy and seem to be very well made. Husband had no problems assembling them, but he is really good at that kind of stuff. The bottom of the legs don't have any sort of plastic/rubber slides, so we're going to get some to protect our hardwood floors. Can't attest to how they'll hold up as we haven't officially moved into the new kitchen yet, but I have high hopes for these stools!

These 2 stools were half the price of those I was ready to purchased. I've very pleased that I check with Overstock before buying elsewhere. They are hardwood (not pine) the hardware is very strong and well made. My husband had no trouble with putting them together and actually because he had to do this he got to inspect the stools up-close and even he was quite impressed with their construction and strength. Overstock.... thanks for the great deal.

I first purchased a set of these stools for myself and liked them so much that I purchased 6 more as a Wedding Gift for friends. Very sturdy and nicely finished. I bought both black and walnut and they were all well done. While easy to assemble, they still took a bit of time and because I was assembling so many at once, I needed to get my good Allen wrenches as opposed to the flimsy one they supply with the tools. These are great in tight spaces because they fit very nicely under the counter. Rustic style is great for a transitional or contemporary setting.

My husband and I ordered these benches to add extra seating under an island in our kitchen and they are perfect! We have gotten several compliments too. We chose the walnut color- very rich and well stained. Very sturdy- When sitting they don't rock. Also, I can stand on them if I need to get something up high and they don't rock or sway a bit! Well crafted and the value is the best! I shopped around a while for these and they were the least expensive here on Overstock! Thanks!! Buy with confidence.

I had wanted stools with a back but my space is small so I decided on these chairs for the smaller footprint. The seem very sturdy and are quite comfy. Minutes after I placed them in my kitchen, it became the gathering spot that I had always wanted. Definitely give these stools a try!
