This blender has pre-set time of 8, 12, 30, and 60 seconds, also with High and Low Pulse and ice impact button.
It really depends on the length of time and speed at which you chooses to operate it.

This has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. You can purchase the extended protection plan if you wish which would add another year. This would also be covered by our standard 30 day return policy. As far as your other questions, I am looking into it and will post an answer soon.

Is a BPA free plastic jar ? I did not see any glass jar in high power blender. Isn't glass strong enough?
