I bought this faucet to replace an older faucet in my kitchen. Installation was easy and I am impressed with the quality of the faucet. The faucet was just what I was looking for and I would recommend this product and company to friends and family.
I absolutely love this faucet!
Everything about it is wonderful.
It has a great deal of pressure if needed, spray and stream options. You can purchase a set with a soap dispenser as well. Its easy to turn on with just a bump of your wrist if your hands are full of gunk... I even use the cross bar to dry sink towels sometimes.
Its beautiful, sturdy, sleek and stylish.
We remodeled the whole kitchen down to the studs, new cabinets, counter tops, a stainless farmhouse sink and all... YET I GET COMPLIMENTED on two items my stainless back splash and MY RUVATI FAUCET!
LOVE IT! BUY IT! plus Ruvati's customer service ROCKS!
The only negative I have had was with Overstock. Unfortunately they shipped me the wrong product, jerked me around for a few months YET in the end we ended up purchasing a second faucet and soap dispenser for our wet bar.
I now have two of these beautiful faucets in my house and LOVE THEM!
I was very disappointed in this faucet. It started leaking under the lever after having it for only two weeks. The nozzle is plastic! I don't like how you have to twist the nozzle to switch the sprayer because when your hands are wet it's very difficult! The hose is very difficult to pull down. The only good thing I have to say about this is that it's very cool looking!! I am returning this as soon as my other faucet arrives!!!
After having my Ruvati 1210 faucet professionally installed (for **), it began leaking from under the handle within a matter of weeks. I contacted customer service via email to request a new faucet, but the representative insisted that it was a faulty cartridge and sent me a replacement (no installation instructions). I had the new cartridge professionally installed (cost: **) only to discover that the cartridge wasn't the problem. As I had originally suspected, the problem was a defective faucet. Finally, Ruvati sent me a new faucet assembly. It cost me another ** to have this installed. The replacement works fine (no leaks), but because of the labor (which is not covered by the warranty), I wound up paying ** in additional labor costs beyond the original installation fee. I contacted Ruvati, and after I threatened to file a Small Claims Petition with the Travis County Justice of the Peace, the company representative grudgingly offered to compensate me **. If I could do it all over again, I would have spent a little more for a reputable brand.
Caveat emptor: Buyer beware!
Only the very end is plastic. The part that appears directly below the extending arm. So far it's holding up fine.dent2561 on Apr 9, 2014
Yes, it does have a plastic nozzle. It doesn't look it and the rest of the faucet is stunning. It is much larger than I had expected and makes a statement.inspired1again on Apr 10, 2014
