Looks very nice and quality feel however, it broke and started leaking within a few months. Something is wrong with the flow cartridge it seems. The manufacture did send a new one free and very fast. It is leak again and needed extra caulking etc.Read More
I've had the faucet for less than a year and I'm looking for a replacement. It looks really nice if you don't use it but if you turn it on the head to the faucet falls out when you turn it off. If I pull it out to rinse the sink it doesn't retract at all. I have to push it back in and sometimes it doesn't stay, I have to go under the sink to pull it back. Not happy!Read More
Worked well for about a month - then the hose started to leak and finally came off. I was sent a replacement hose by Ruvati - 1st one came wrong hose - sent out another as Ruvati was having issues with these hoses - solved the leaking but the opening is half as small as the original - now have have a drool instead of a full head of water - 1/2 gmp. Ruvati has been helpful = waiting for the outcomeRead More
So - I had a dreadful faucet in the kitchen that was under the impression that it was its duty to give anyone who dared touch it a bath. It was time for a new faucet. This appears sturdy and well made - and - bonus - it was easy to install. If only removing the old one had been as simple....Read More
This was purchased simultaneously with a sink from overstock. The pieces pair well together and the overall quality is very good. The faucet felt hefty and substantial. The metal does not feel cheap or flimsy. The faucet works as it should and it has a very good reach for a large-ish sink. There is an extension for the head of the faucet which retracts easily and has a magnetic end that snaps the head back into place. The swivel is very good, smooth and effortless. There is no spray on this faucet, which is to be expected if you want the very linear and sculptural look. Indeed, it is very modern looking. If works very well and I would certainly recommend this to a friend.Read More
