These are the best shaes ever. At first I bought one,...and the bought 5 more for the rest of my house. Then I about another 5 for the other side of my duplex. Well made, not flimsy, will not fall apart, no sagging in the middle, keeps it shape. These are the type you see in home magazines. What I did was buy them a bit wider than my window. For ex: my window was 52" wide and 48" high I would buy one that was 54"-57" inches wide and 72" high,...and hand the top of the bamboo shade 8" above the top of the window. The shade when rolled down, covers the entire window (not inset into the window frame) ,...when rolled up it looks like I have a thick valance on top!! Beautiful.!! Would cost you a fortune if you went to a Blinds & Shades Store. It makes my house look finished. Absolutely love it.
