Rustique Bamboo Roman Shade (62 in. x 74 in.)

I ordered 8 shades of varying sizes for my bedroom. The color was consistent on all shades. They look nice, but please note they have a greenish hue -- which was fine for our space. They are unlined, so they are not effective as a privacy blocker at night. We mounted these on the outside (as they should generally be mounted) and do not plan on raising and lowering them -- but will have a privacy black out inside mounted roller shade underneath. We purchased these shades for the "look" of them. The raising and lowering mechanism is a chord located on your righthand (viewer's) side -- shade's left and it worked fine, although I could see them breaking with daily use. These can be expensive products to purchase and finding them here was a coup as we saved hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend these if you are not planning to raise and lower them all the time. I am a woman, and I was able to hang them all myself with a ruler, drill pencil step ladder and my own mollies. The mollies (wall supports) they include in the package are NOT very good, get your own, they will hold better. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase -- especially given the money I saved verses a custom order. Hope this review was helpful.
