Good quality and exactly like the picture and description. However, I am using them for a sun room and I wish that they were lined or that I could buy liners for them. The sun does come thru them and heats up my sun room (I live in Charleston, SC). I thought that they would be more dense than they are. Otherwise, they look beautiful and are easy to keep clean.

The bamboo shades are nice looking. However, roman shades have been recalled industry wide and the two shades that I ordered in this size did not include the mandatory recall fix...small hooks to keep the shades up so that the cords can be cut. I did receive the hooks in the other sizes that I ordered. The shades look nice, but until I find an alternative to the pull cord, they will be in the full up position with the cord up high to stay out of reach of my small children.

these blinds were not only a value (i would have paid 3 times as much even at other discount retailers), but they were so easy to put up (because my husband did it...ha!). they filter the perfect amount of light during the day, and are beautiful. they don't provide 100% privacy and coverage at night, but we live in an area where that doesn't really matter. also, for those of you looking for a custom option, don't be afraid if blinds on overstock are a little long. i ordered ours an inch narrower in width than our windows, and the fit is very nice.

These are exactly what I had in mind when looking for inexpensive bamboo shades. I was nervous about ordering them without actually seeing them and not knowing if I'd measured correctly. Everything worked out perfectly and I loved the color.
