Great Chair
This is a great chair! it fits perfectly in our modern home and does not take up a great deal of visual space. We don't use the leather cushion because it is not very appealing and does not match our neutral color scheme. It was easy to assemble (despite the directions) because it came in 2 pieces with 4 screws, and comes with little black rubber feet to prevent scratching the floor. The chair is comfortable for most, but not for long periods of time. My only complaint is that it's weight is not balanced because when I get out of the chair, it tilts forward slightly. I didn't buy the chair for everyday seating, so the visual appeal outweighs the minor functional mishap.

Great chair!
The chair arrived much sooner than I expected, which was great! It only took me about 5 minutes to put it together with 4 screws, and the tools were included. If you have had experience with putting IKEA products together, this was a no-brainer. I had a cocktail party recently, and discovered that my minimalist space needed at least one more seat in addition to my sofa and single chair. I wanted something contemporary/modern, that wouldn't clutter the space. When I saw this chair, I knew it would work. I was nervous about the feel of the chair though, if it felt substantial enough (it does). The chair is perfect, and over the weekend, I have already gotten several compliments on it. I love looking at, because it really looks architectural, and very much like a structural, yet functional piece of art. I didn't use the seat cover, not because it isn't comfortable, but because it doesn't match my furnishings. I happen to like the chair without it better. I like the exposed screws, but I am a guy. It does take some adjusting the little rubber grips on the bottom to get it level, but once you do that, the chair is stable and doesn't move. It is comfortable for a steel chair (who would think a hard surface would be more comfortable/just as comfortable as an upholstered one anyway?)...I would definitely recommend this chair to friends, but I won't...lol...I don't want to see it in their spaces, at least not yet!

Classy designer piece
This mesh chair is truly a work of art. It's a fun piece for in the kitchen, particularly if you've got a lot of chrome and silver accents like we have, and it's also a great corner piece to have in the lounge area, study, or on the balcony. The leather pad is really comfortable, and the backwards-stretching design is definitely a talking point. I've had so many people ask about where I got this chair, and they're always astonished at the price I paid for it. It really looks as though it came from some high street designer store!

very cool chair
We think this chair is soooo cool. We smile every time we look at it. Our kids think it is a little strange. A neighbor of mine (when I was growing up in St. Louis) had a 'diamond' chair. As kids we all wanted to sit in it, thought it was fun. Until I entered design school, I did not realize what a 'gem' our neighbors really had! Thanks for the awesome chair, unbelivable value and great customer service!

Add a piece of art
This chair is a piece of art in the middle of your living room. A 1950's classic wll give your living area a touch of class and uniqueness. Great price even for a knock off. Now, do not think you can use it to sit comfortable. As I said, it is a piece of art.

excellent chairs
I ordered two sets of chairs into my flat apartment and the look is shocking and excellent. I placed them around the coffee table. The chairs are surprisingly cozy and comfortable, really solid and sturdy near the unique and futurist look. Great price and quality, and even greater impact.

Good modern set of chairs
Bought these chairs to give my office a more modern and hip feel. All of my clients do a double-take when they see them. Some think they'll break them, but they're surprised at how comfortable and strong they are when they sit on them. The padding was a nice touch, because without it, it would probably be hard on your backside. Nice set, looks can deceive because these were very comfortable.

Really great set of steel chairs
I bought this set and gave one chair to my daughter in college and I have the other one in my den. My daughter has been raving about this chair and her friends have all asked her where she got it from. The chair is nice to do some leisure reading or relaxing. Because the chair is so lightweight that I've been able to move it from room to room. When i am not using it in my den, I use it in my home office.
