  Nice enough rug although the color is very disappointing. It looked like a dark rich gold, which was a nice contrast to the black, and when it arrived today it is a beige, Very disappointed.

  • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color lools like a deep golden on the website and when I received it today its a beige tone, not what I had in mind at all.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. It's fairly thin, not a thick luxurious rug like I also had in mind.
  • How accurate was the on site description of the product? I would give it 50% on the description.

  The rug HAS navy in it, but it also has sage green and a LOT of pink. So when viewed from any distance, your idea is "multi colored" not navy. My issue was "can I live with that much pink?" So it ended up in the mud room, not in the planned spot in the kitchen. I have purchased several not very expensive braided rugs from this site, and this one has the least tight weave. So it is sort of knobbly. I think the problem is that the "close up" of the rug on the site did not get close up enough to reveal these issues. I think if it had been a better close up I would have had a better idea about what it actually looks like. If you want navy, try something else.

  I love these rugs!! I purchased two runners in off-white. The quality is excellent they are extremely plush, just like a great carpeting. I purchased them for my bedroom and they are just what I wanted. I can't get over the quality for the price. I've looked for rugs for the past year. All of the runners were at least $100 each, and poor quality. These rugs ran about $50 dollars or so which means I got two rugs of excellent quality for the price of one low quality rug! A great buy and a great rug!!!

  quality was good but color was way different than pictures
