This bed looks great upon entering the room, but closer inspection shows the large gaping tear in the headboard seam that has developed. Forget trying to send it back , it's wayy too large to deal with. The delivery folks have to call and schedule the delivery , and had to leave it OUTSIDE my house. I have learned that this is threshold delivery. Then I had to hire movers before the rain to carry the boxes up 3 small stairs and into the house. I did notice a tiny 1 inch hole in the piping at first but this is rapidly expanding along one side of the headboard, as the pleather is stretched pretty tightly over the frame of the bed. I plan to cover it with tape until I can get an upholstery repairman out to evaluate. On the positive side, I would not buy this for children, but if you are gentle on your furniture and just love the look, go for it, it does look nice and is soft and smooth.
