What can you say about a rug pad? It does it's job. We tried the rug without the pad but I did notice that it adds extra loft to the rug. My rug does not move on the hardwood floor with this pad in place. It was a great price. I am happy with the purchase.

This rug pad is a durable quality product; much better than the thin white, rubbery sheets.

This did not work for me. Product has a very strong smell to it. I laid it out in the garage, and I tried it under my new rug. It still had a strong smell. I threw it away. I found another type of rug pad, and will try that.

This is very thin, it works for the purpose of what you need it for, but was surprised how thin it was.

I always order these rug pads when I have a rug that is a little thin or one that needs to stay in place. It doesn't leave in sticky residue on the floor, adds a nice cushion to my rugs (which makes the rugs "feel" a little more plush and high end) and if you have that stiff backing to rugs that "breaks down" and leaves those white flaky things every where -the felt side grabs the rug and the white stuff stays put and doesn't seen to break down and get everywhere. Great rug pad-wouldn't waste my money on anything less.

I purchased this rug pad to go under a 3' x 5' white shag rug that had no bottom grip whats so ever. This is exactly what I needed, so my rug wouldn't flip up and move all around on the wood floors. The appearance is so-so, nothing fantastic, but most of the time it's hidden anyway. I think the price is a little much for the actual item, but I couldn't find a cheaper one elsewhere.

We purchased the rug pad to use underneath a basic broadloom rug over a hardwood floor. The pad is thick and of very nice quality. It came packaged in a reusable plastic zippered storage bag with handles - I like that because I can use it to store out-of-season quilts and coverlets and the like. The rug pad seems a little thicker than ones I've seen in retail stores - we are very pleased.

Nothing special or pretty about this, it's a rug pad! It does it's job. It's a simple rubber weave , no padding, but keeps the rug in place...as it should.

We love the way our rug stays in place with this particular rug pad. It does not move at all. And this pad gives extra cushion to the rug as well. I do recommend this rug pad for anyone looking.

This pad was bought to fit under 2'6 X 12' rug. It does have a strong plastic smell to it when first opened but the smell fades quickly. Works perfectly under the rug and keeps it from sliding.

I bought the 5x8 size and cut it for two runners. The pad IS hard to cut, but not impossible. I needed something under two runners on a hardwood floor - this pad is great! Neither runner has moved since putting the padding underneath. As a side note: I purchased this same padding (different size) for a large area mat over a year ago. I was using an inexpensive rubber mat, and discovered the rubber mat was not only stuck to the hardwood floor but had discolored from white to red. I immediately replaced it with this Supreme Felted Dual Surface Rug Pad (larger size) and haven't had any problems. I feel comfortable that this pad is much more higher quality that the old rubber "pad."

It's a rug pad. It works. What more can I say? You unroll it, lay it down and put a carpet on top of it.

Its a rug pad, so not much more to say here. No one is going to see it so the color is what it is. It is very very grippy against my hardwood floors. I had to lay out the rug pad completely first, get it exactly where I wanted it, then roll the area rug on top of that. Moving the entire area rug with the rug pad afterwards is not happening, its too grippy against the floors. Which is good as it will never move on you.

I went looking for the least expensive carpet pad for a large rug and this was what I came across. For the money it isn't too bad. Does exactly what I wanted: hold the rug in place. Doesn't really add any cushioning at all so don't expect that.
