  Very nice padding for rugs, bought two pads and two of the 8 x 11 rugs for my great room and they are just wonderful!

  The pads did come in folded pretty tight and as I had looked at other reviews prior to finalizing my purchase I was abit worried about it laying flat. It unfolded well and all I did was go over it with the vaccum prior to placing the rugs on it and BAM it was great. The rugs settle in much quicker than our previous ones and we feel this pad is the reason. It made the rugs more cushioned and it protects our newly refinished floor with extra protection. Rubber side should be placed down I guess is another tip for it to settling quick. The pads and rug have been layed flat for only 24 hours and all is settled and looking great.

  Best carpet pad I have ever bought - just bought another one. No sliding and it gives the carpet more cushioning so I can stand and chop veggies/cook (using in kitchen) longer.

  The other reviews helped me pick this product -- it is just what we needed and wanted. Good quality, no slipping, shipped and delivered, no problems. We needed just a bit more padding under our new rug and this did the trick. I like sitting on the floor!
