Works but not as superior as thought.
Upon arrival of my Rug Doctor, I immediately used it. I was disappointed in the mobility of the machine. It is difficult to turn and bulky in size. I already had a Hoover carpet cleaner which works equally well and cost half the money. I would encourage people to look at other carpet cleaners prior to purchasing this one.

This unit is awesome. We've used other products and nothing compares to this one. Easy to use and made our 10 year old carpets look like new. Definitely lived up to and exceeded all expectations.
