Excellent buy
This rug pad is actually PVC-coated polyester--not the generic "rubber" as stated in the specifications. The pad is thicker and seems "cushier" than others I've seen in stores. I haven't used it yet because I am still shopping for the rug! However, I have every reason to believe this will be an excellent pad under a rug. The price is reasonable--especially for this large 9' x 13' size.
